Trying one more time to post pictures.

I am trying to put on a silly picture and can't figure it out. This is truly bothering me ... how in the world am I going to get a job one day if I can't even figure out how to post a picture!!! I'll just keep trying -- any suggestions? (The link on here doesn't work for me and says no connection to internet, but we are on cable so that is not right.)
