I must keep hitting some enter button or something that makes my posts go up before I am done with them (really before I have even started!) How do you delete those things you goofed up on -- or what if I wrote something really awful about someone who I then found out was reading my blog and had to get rid of an entry fast. What would I do?!!! :)

Ok Cindy so now you know I am reading your blog(I found the link on Holly's blog) so just do not write anything" not nice "about me as you now have a warning that I am a reader.
When you log into Blogger it brings up the 'Dashboard' page.
There is a little teal-greenish 'gear' looking thing and 'Manage' right beside it. If you click on 'Posts' it will take you to a list of all your posts - you can then chose Delete (far right) or Edit (left side). If you choose edit, once you are done, just click 'Publish Post' and it will be fxed.
You can also go to Manage Layout and change where things show up on your page - add links - change colors etc...
